I use a ball machine in my tennis program, and I highly recommend to practice with a ball machine when you are trying to correct your technique. That way you can hit the same shot over and over again. However, don&#039;t play with a ball machine the whole time because tennis is a open game were you hardly ever hit the same shot twice.
